Smile Marketing was briefed to develop a professional brand identity for the high street practice together with Increase new patient numbers With extensive experience launching new treatments and helping to grow dental implant income, we were also asked to launch a specialist treatment in partnership with a leading dental referral centre.


Following local research and understanding of the local community, the practice was relaunched to include a fresh and modern brand identity and logo, attractive patient literature and new internal marketing initiatives including posters, A Board and a referral scheme.  An online presence was established, to include a new website.  To increase practice visibility and reach  out to local community, a combination of online banners, targeted door drops and advertorials and free PR in local newspapers were implemented.


A Heightened awareness of the practice was achieved which resulted in the first implant cases for the practice and an influx of new patients and referrals.
