This long established practice in East Cornwall had a healthy patient base and offers a wide range of treatments, from general and cosmetic to laser dentistry and therapies for headaches.

As part of their growth plan, the partners needed support for launching dental implants as a treatment option and needed to communicate this both within the local community and to their patients as part of an internal marketing programme.


To meet both objectives, new practice brochures were created including one specifically for implants and an off-site open evening to educate potential patients about implants was promoted locally. As part of the campaign, we engaged the local press, devised and implemented a targeted door drop as well as ensuring the current patient list were informed about the event including the use of an informative and interesting newsletter.

Following a successful campaign, No 65 has established itself as a trusted provider of all teeth replacement options, to include dental implants.
